Youthful appearance with slightly green tinge and a moderately intense shade of gold.
Pretty fresh on the nose with notes of fresh fruit such as citrus, apricot, quince, pear, melon and also nuts especially almonds. Typical oily texture and unique pungency.
Served at temperature 10-12 °C can accompany a wide variety of foods like poultry, fish (fatty, lean), seafood, vegetables or pasta with light sauces.
